As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic as well as significant disruptions in the supply chain,
particularly with respect to electronic components and supply chain congestions, that currently
impacts the global economy, temporary delays in delivery, labor or services from Siemens and
its sub-suppliers or subcontractors may occur. Among other factors, Siemens’ delivery is subject
to the correct and punctual supply from sub-suppliers or subcontractors.
Therefore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the [Offer/Order/Contract/Agreement],
the delivery or service or completion date mentioned is non-binding and subject to change.
Siemens also reserves the right to make partial deliveries or modify its labor or services.
