You want to view a list of your
current orders?
Or would you like to check the information on a specific order?
This information is available immediately and simply through
Order Overview.
Open the Overview List
- On the central menu bar, click the Inquiry icon
. Your orders will
be displayed.
- Select the corresponding tab to obtain the desired view
of your orders.

Clearly displays all placed orders on just one line each
Orders by Lines Tab
Displays all lines of your placed orders
Order Search - Filter
You can search your orders based on specific criteria, such
as a specific date range or status.
- On the central menu bar, click the Inquiry icon
. Your orders will
be displayed.
- On the inquiry navigation bar, click the Filters
function to open an input window.
- Select the desired search filter in this input window.
- You will immediately see which search filters are activated:
The column headers will be highlighted in yellow.
Select specific details display
- On the central menu bar, click the Inquiry icon
. Your orders will
be displayed.
- Click the customer order number to select the corresponding
order. The Order Details
window will open.
- You can switch between various views in the navigation
column, click:
Perspective: Shipping
- displays delivery dates and carrier information,
Perspective: Cost -
displays prices and quantities,
Perspective: All -
shows both perspectives, shipping and cost
Delivery notes for your orders
- On the central menu bar, click the Inquiry icon
. Your orders will
be displayed.
- Click the customer order number to select the corresponding
order. The Order Details
window will open.
- Select Perspective: Shipping or All.
- In the Disp.No.
column (delivery note number), you can download delivery notes
as PDF document and save them to your computer.
Exporting overviews as an Excel file
- On the central menu bar, click the Inquiry icon
. Your orders will
be displayed.
- On the inquiry navigation bar, find the Export
to Excel function.
- Click this function to open a selection option.
- Select either the page currently being displayed or all
pages for creation of the Excel file.
