Overview of Your Orders

Basic Functions

Would you like to see a clear list of your orders or get information about a specific order?

 

You can find the information you need under ‘mySiePortal’ in the main menu bar. There you will find the button ‘Orders’, where you can view your order overview.

Alternatively, you can click on the box button in the upper right corner.

 

Viewing the overview list

You can choose how your orders are displayed:

 

- Search for orders: Clearly displays the purchase orders in only one line (corresponds to the initial output).

- Search by positions: Displays all positions of your placed orders.

 

Order search - filter

Standard search

 

You can also search your orders according to specific criteria, such as your order number or status.

 

Go to ‘mySiePortal’ and then to your order overview. Your orders will be displayed.

 

  • Enter your requested order number in the field “customer order #”
  • Or select one of the offered statuses from drop-down list in “status” field.

These status options are available:

 Open
Completed
Cancelled
The order results give further differentiations of open orders.


Extended search

When opening the “Extended search” more selection criteria is offered for order search.

You can select further filters.

Filter options:

-        Sales Order # (Siemens)

-        Order Date Range

-        Order Origin

-        Product ID (also partly qualified but at least 3 digits)

-        SPA / Project No.

 

After using the buttons „Search for orders“ respectively „Search for items“ the matching results will be shown.

 

The button „Reset all filters“ will remove all filter criteria and again the complete list will be shown.

 

Delivery notes for your orders

  • On the central menu bar, click ‘mySiePortal’ and go to your order overview.

  • Click the customer order number to select the corresponding order. The Order Details window will open.
  • In the column ‘Disp.No. / Carrier column’ (dispatch note number), you can download delivery notes as a PDF document and save them to your computer.

 

Exporting overviews as an Excel file

  • On the central menu bar, click ‘mySiePortal’ and go to your order overview.
  • Above the result list of your orders, you can find the ‘Export to Excel’ function on the right side.
  • Click this function to open a selection option.
  • An Excel file is created that contains content of all available result pages.
