Status Information

Want to stay up-to-date on the status of your orders at all times?

To get the most important information regarding your order status, just click on ‘mySiePortal’ in the central menu bar and click on ‘Orders’. Your order overview is now displayed.

The current status of your order is displayed in the ‘Status’ column.
