The terms and conditions of the sale of goods by Siemens to your company shall be governed by your latest Distribution Agreement and/or Distribution and Agency Agreement between Siemens and your company. Where there is no such Distribution Agreement and/or Distribution and Agency Agreement, the latest International Conditions for Supplies and Services (ICSS) for each country as mentioned below shall be applicable. In addition, any licence conditions as may be forwarded to you by Siemens or Siemens AG shall also apply.
