Order Transport and Tracking

If the status of order indicates that your order has already been shipped, you can continue to track it on the shipping route.

 

  • On the central menu bar, click the Inquiry icon image27.gif. Your orders will be displayed.

  • Select the Orders by Lines tab.

  • Select Perspective: Shipping or All.

  • In the Carrier column, you will find a reference to the carrier's tracking system next to icon image29.gif.

  • Click this reference. You will be forwarded directly to the carrier's site.

  • There you will see the exact shipment data.

Tip

This feature is not available for all carriers.
