Radio interference suppression
|
SINAMICS S120 chassis format units are not designed for connection to the public grid (first environment). Radio interference suppression is compliant with the EMC product standard for variable-speed drives EN 61800‑3, "second environment" (industrial line supplies). EMC disturbances can occur when connected to the public grid. However, if additional measures are taken (e.g. → line filter), it can also be operated in the "first environment".
