SINEMA Remote Connect:

SINEMA Remote Connect , the management platform for remote networks, facilitates the secured remote access to widely distributed machines and systems. It provides support for the transparent management of the tunnel connections (VPN) between the service center, service technicians, and the installed systems. Thanks to a system architecture that is specially laid out for remote maintenance, direct access to the company network into which the system or machine is integrated is prevented before unambiguous authentication. The service technician and the machine undergoing maintenance separately establish a connection to the SINEMA Remote Connect server. Then the identity of the participants is determined there via an exchange of certificates. The corresponding access to the machine is only enabled upon successful authentication of the participants.

SINEC Network Management

The software family requires needs-oriented, scalable software solutions for networks of different sizes in the operational technology (OT) sector – up to a size of tens of thousands of devices.

With the SINEC NMS network management system, networks with up to tens of thousands of stations can be monitored, managed, and configured centrally around the clock. It also enables efficient security management according to the directive IEC 62443. For example, access to the system and the range of functions available to each authorized user can be precisely controlled via the user role administration.

SINEC INS (Infrastructure Network Services), the software tool for central network services, offers general network services in a clear and simple way. The tool comprises security-relevant servers such as a RADIUS server for user and device authentication (MAC authentication) in the network, e.g. to check who can access which devices.

SINEC Security Inspector:

SINEC Security Inspector is a unique security testing solution for OT/IT environments that combines market-leading and in-house tools on a common platform to provide a comprehensive security testing solution. The user-friendly console of the SINEC Security Inspector allows you to easily plan and automate customized test sequences, so you can quickly and regularly determine the security status of components, solutions or entire production networks. This saves valuable time and significantly increases safety.

SINEC Security Monitor:

SINEC Security Monitor is a modular cybersecurity software that provides local security monitoring of the customer plant during industrial operation.
SINEC Security Monitor provides comprehensive asset and security monitoring of industrial automation networks and applications based on asset and vulnerability identification, data traffic-based anomaly detection, protocol-based anomaly detection and OT-SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and is fully provisioned on site.

SINEC Security Guard:

SINEC Security Guard is intuitive, cloud-based cybersecurity software that provides industrial operators of Siemens OT assets with complete risk visibility and comprehensive security management integrated into one tool. It is available as Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") hosted by Siemens and provides automated vulnerability mapping, risk-based threat assessment and intrusion detection in industrial automation networks. SINEC Security Guard is optimized for OT environments in all industries. The tool simplifies cybersecurity workflow management so operators can save time and meet security standards.
