All configuration tasks can be performed via the component list interface. All devices down to the submodule are fully represented in the SIMATIC PCS neo component list in a structured manner. In addition, the component list provides the option for topological assignment of the device. The topological assignment should correspond to the image of the plant structure and is linked directly with the graphical plant overview of the network view of SIMATIC PCS neo.
